- TransCPG delivers within the UAE only.
- Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders to eligible locations in the UAE. Certain products may have specific regional restrictions.
2. Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Available for selected products, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.
- Delivery personnel will handle the final delivery of all orders.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees vary based on the product, size, weight, delivery method, and the customer’s location.
- Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before completing the purchase.
- Some sellers may offer free shipping based on specific promotions or conditions.
4. Order Processing

- Customers will receive tracking details once the product is dispatched.
- Tracking can be viewed through the TransCPG app or website.
11. Returns and Refunds
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers can request a return or refund according to the Return and Refund Policy.
