2. Definitions

• Platform: The TransCPG website and mobile applications for customers, sellers, and delivery personnel.

• Customer: A user who purchases products from the marketplace.

• Deliveryman: A person responsible for delivering orders to customers.

3. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Customers, sellers, and delivery personnel must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

• TransCPG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

4. Seller Policies

• Sellers must ensure all listed products comply with UAE laws and marketplace guidelines.

• Sellers are responsible for product quality, descriptions, pricing, and availability.

• Orders must be fulfilled within the promised delivery timeframe.

• Refunds and returns must be handled as per the TransCPG return policy.

• Misleading information, counterfeit goods, or policy violations may result in account suspension.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details and make timely payments.

• Customers should inspect received products and report any issues within the return window.

• Any misuse of the platform, such as fraudulent transactions or false complaints, may lead to account suspension.

6. Order Processing and Delivery

• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

• Delivery timelines depend on the seller’s shipping policy and deliveryman availability.

• Customers must be available to receive orders; failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur additional charges.

7. Payment and Fees

• All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway.

• TransCPG may charge commission or service fees for using the platform.

• Refunds will be processed as per the marketplace refund policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Customers may request returns and refunds according to the seller’s return policy.

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected.

• Products that are damaged, used, or not in original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

9. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:

• Selling counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products.

• Using false information or engaging in fraudulent activities.

• Abusing customer reviews or manipulating ratings.

• Violating any UAE eCommerce regulations.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

• TransCPG acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or safety of listed products.

• TransCPG is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by sellers or delivery personnel.

• Users agree to indemnify TransCPG against claims arising from their misuse of the platform.

11. Data Privacy and Security

• TransCPG collects and processes user data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

• User data is protected following UAE data protection laws.

• Users must not share their personal account details with third parties.

12. Termination and Suspension

• TransCPG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these terms.

• Sellers with multiple policy violations may face permanent bans.

• Customers with fraudulent activities may be blacklisted from the platform.

13. Amendments
TransCPG may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by UAE laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in UAE courts.
